Your headline is very misleading. IN fact, the vaccinated should be considered those who are partially or fully vaccinated simply because both groups have received a vaccine while the un-vaccinated have not been vaccinated. Also, the greater cause for concern is the hospital numbers. They show that the vaccine is injuring a great number of people. Your misleading statement does not cover the real issue which is in the NON-ICU numbers.
